What are the stats? Like how many people are offered the scholarship? how many are accepted ? it it determined by how low your family income is or is it determined by how early you turned in the application?
About 300 students in each freshmen class.
The FAQ should answer most of your questions:

thanks! but do you know if priority is given to the people with the lowest family income? like if your family income is exactly $40,000 you’re less likely to get picked over someone who’s family income is $11,000? And does turning in your application earlier make you more likely to be chosen over someone who turned it in later?
I’m sure as long as you make the deadline, the timing of the app does not matter.
I really don’t know how much of a role income plays, other than being an eligibility criteria. I would think little, with academics/ECs being far more important (as long as you make the eligibility criteria).
Priority is not given to low incomes level, neither time count as an advantage.
The most important part on the process is to provide true information.
If you get the Scholarship, it will give you the full ride at UF.
Good luck.
