<p>I’m a senior at an American-based Christian High School in Singapore. Two months ago, I was admitted to University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with Industrial Engineering as my major choice. I’ve gotten nothing below B (except English) during my first semester and almost the same for my second semester. I looked up some threads regarding this issue and I’m in kind of safe zone:)</p>
<p>However, I’m having little trouble finishing up my senior thesis. There’re one thing may be different from other American school’s curriculum (sorry if it’s not:/)</p>
<p>Senior thesis is a separate subject (it’s called Senior Worldview) and I receive separate grades for it.</p>
<p>I was doing fine till 3rd quarter (got a B), but I’m having some trouble with finishing up the rough draft and, thus, final draft as I said above. I can’t care less about it if it’s not a graduate requirement, but unfortunately it is:/ </p>
<p>What I’ve heard from seniors last year is that if I fail my senior thesis, I’d be allowed to take an online course (which is very easy) to make up for it. The point I was wondering is if I’d get my admission rescinded, assuming I failed my senior thesis and take the online course to graduate. (My grade won’t drop below C :)</p>

<p>For Umich, I’m still waiting to hear from them. But I’d like to ask same question for Umich admission in case I get it:)</p>
