<p>I was admitted to both TAMU and UIUC( university of illinois urbana champaign)for MS in construction management.
The course at TAMU comes under the dept of const science, college of architecture.
And the course at UIUC comes under dept of civil and env engineering.
Which would be a better choice for my intended major? Ignoring cost aspects and weather.</p>
<p>Also, the MS in CM course at TAMU is accredited by ACCE ( American Council of Construction Education) … How much difference does that make?
Btw, UIUC’s course is not accredited.</p>
<p>Many people are telling me to go with TAMU as the construction industry over there is growing and the opportunities are better of at Tamu compared to UIUC. Is that true?</p>
<p>I know that UIUC has got at bigger name than TAMU… But wil it really help me in the long run?</p>
<p>I want to know about the scope of both these universities.
