In a universe a long time ago, I did a graduate degree at the University of St. Andrews in International Security Studies. I still have many friends overseas. So, you would think I have some ideas on this, but I don’t. What are engineering programs at UK universities like. I am sure some are good and some are bad. I know Oxford and Cambridge likely are very good. I know Manchester is doing interesting research in carbon molecules. But, are many US students going to the UK to study engineering, and if so, where? Thanks in advance.
