They should accept many more than 600 for CHC since about 600 enroll as first-year students.

They under-enrolled in 2021. Their target enrollment is 5,300 per this budget message: Budget Planning Update Shared with Campus Community : UMass Amherst

I got my merit scholarship on my acceptance letter. But does anyone know when financial aid packages come out?
If anyone else is having trouble getting into their Spire account after activation, give the it department a call. There’s a known issue and an easy fix.

My daughters financial aid was in her portal yesterday.
My daughter says she didn’t get an email to register for the admitted students day. Could anyone please share a link (if it’s not personal, of course)?
When was she accepted? Is it her full aid? My son was the second to last round of ea and I doubt we will get anything but still waiting

Sorry about that @EzPz ! My son did forward me the email to register and I had forgotten. It also stated that students can register through their portal. By the time he sent it to me on 02/06 the destination day for engineering that we would have chosen was already booked. We ended up registering for a general admitted student visit. The email was titled “Join Us! UMass Amherst Family Events” if that helps search the inbox… I know the students are inundated with email these days!
