I have a PID, I think it just means you submitted your SSN in your application
It means nothing. Just donât worry about.
Can we get a screenshot
I have " The user is not eligible for an Onyen" at the moment. Donât think this means anything.
so are decisions gonna come out at 4:00 on the dot tomorrow then?
When I just put random things in there it says
Problem: Could not find a PID matching the information you provided. Please try again
So if anyone actually got message of rejected then
This is common, you canât create before enroll
I would say there is a 95% chance of this.

I donât know how accurate this is. Some moms are saying that after putting the info, some are seeing PID numbers for their kids while some are saying the system doesnât return PID number.
I donât have the screenshot of ârejected or not foundâ. I just see some moms in another forum posting the info. When I try it for my S24, I do get the PID number. Since about 50% OOS moms (3/6) are reporting no PID while the other 50% says yes PID⊠Maybe itâs something, but probably itâs nothing.
if you cant find a PID it only means either admissions got ur info wrong, or you didnât submit ur ssn
Yeah, theyâre not admitting 50% of out of state students, so doesnât sound like much. I read it may be related to if you input your SS#.
Yeah I got the same thing I wouldnât sweat it I donât even remember entering my SS# at any point so thatâs prob it
Hello Fellow nailbiters,
I think this gimmickry around portal astrology and PID etc. should not be propagated. UNC website says results will be declared by Jan 31. Recent trends show itâs Jan 27 if itâs a weekday. Since this year Jan 27 falls on a weekend, it could be the day before or the next weekday. Therefore, itâs likely that the results will drop shortly before 4pm tomorrow. Until then, letâs all take a break and admire whatâs beautiful around us. Get a good nightâs rest. That will shave off 8hrs from the wait time. In the end, regardless of the decision, itâs a beginning. Beginning of a wonderful college life for your kid/you. Remember there is a spot for you in a college that you will love. Somewhere. And itâs calling you.
My friend submitted a 27 and got in, they donât look too closely at it
last time I checked, pelvic inflammatory disease is NOT a good thingâŠ
Forsyth County. Score submitted was a 1320.
Looking at the chart on MyInsight, I feel like 1320 isnât likely to sink an application that is solid in every other way. When I look at the in-state average SAT score prior to test optional, itâs not far from that range. The admissions officers know that the average has increased due to test optional practice. Also, if I am reading the chart correctly, it looks like only 1/3 of last yearâs admitted in-state students submitted test scores. I donât think you need to stress too much over the test score â thereâs a lot more + going for your child.
If anything, I think the test score ups your chances. Your kid is only slightly below the in-state average. I think the most interesting data point in the INsight workbook is the number of in-state kids that submit scores and the frequency with which theyâre admitted. In 2023, 1,511 kids submitted an SAT score and 1,136 of those kids were admitted, thatâs roughly a 75% admit rate. Same with ACT, only 1,687 students submitted, and 1,416 were admitted(roughly 85%!) Youâre being judged in a much smaller pool as so few students submit a score. TO can be beneficial, but I donât think colleges are completely genuine about how much the practice benefits them more than the students including increased applications(fee collection), decreased admit rates, etc. etc. They should be required to post statistics like these to set up more realistic expectations for students and families.
So youâre thinking submitting a score helps? My 4.44 gpa/33 ACT kid hopes so! Theyâre also in the top 10% of the class with string extracurriculars and string essays (I think).
