The letter took the 7-10 days but after 3-4 days you can view the admission decision on the website. Fingers crossed for everyone.
Has anyone heard about the Honors Program yet for UNCC?

As Honors Program/Scholarship info comes in, I’d appreciate hearing info on student stats and what they received/if they made it into Honors Program. I’m thinking UNCC might be one to put on my OOS Junior Ds list. She is 4.0 gpa/many APs/will take official ACT in Feb, had 32 on pre-ACT.
@1Lotus She should look into if her school would nominate her for the Levine Scholarship
I looked into Levine Scholarship and saw mention of hs counselor nomination. Since we are MN, I’m guessing the counselor would not be familiar with nominating. Would it just take her asking and they fill out a form? I think she would be in good standing with the counselor, 4.0 gpa (no weighting at school), lots of APs, several ECs throughout hs, NHS/Science Bowl, 2 years of XC and orchestra. A couple teachers would be able to give great letters of rec. Thanks for response @MBNC1755 !
She should speak to her GC about her interest in it and ask if they would consider nominating her. Make sure to give the GC time to look into the scholarship and make sure they feel she is a good fit for it. Best of luck!

Daughter got her acceptance letter today!! We are in Charlotte so it didn’t have to travel far. Good luck to everyone waiting to hear!!
My daughter also received her acceptance in the mail yesterday. She has now received all of her decisions. All acceptances except the deferral from UNCW. Now decision time.

Still no fancy green envelope, but Portal changed and we were able to see my DD got in. Thank goodness , we can breathe now. Thanks for all the info and support, everyone!

Still waiting to hear about my daughter’s acceptance into the Communications program. My son was admitted months ago but applied as undecided and then changed his major. Maybe she should have done the same!
My portal just changed to decisioned. It says I’ll get my decision in the mail in 7-10 days. Does anyone know if I can view my decision in the portal sooner?
Yes, it takes a couple more days but you will able to review the decision before it arrives in mail.
