Residency should only be for in state because it makes you identify that you are a North Carolina resident.

Yes and I am in-state and there is nothing on my portal about residency
My counselor told me that it would not be today. She said it would be next week according to people from Carolina and counselors in NC. Hopefully this isnāt true and we get them today.
Some people on reddit called admissions, and they said that decisions will be released between today and Monday.

You have to verify nc residency after the application and enter that number
