@HSstudentNC - I have access to ConnectCarolina, but when I log in I’m not seeing any registration date.
I wasn’t given a specific advisor in Connect Carolina until August. I would contact an advisor for your department or one that advises for your major to see what classes you need to take for your major. @cfisher19
@tranferluk Congratulations! We had similar stats so I was just wondering. I was waitlisted. But sounds like you have a lot of legacy. I do have a sister legacy. Just kicking myself trying to figure out what went wrong. Good Luck at UNC!!
It probably isn’t up yet but it should be very soon. There should be something that’s says “enrollment dates” under milestones on the right side of Connect Carolina but it will probably show up in the coming days. Transfer registration was April 12th last year fwiw. @Mcunn226
@hbh2017 Thank you!! I hope you get in off the waitlist!
The classes for majors are listed in catalog.unc.edu
I guess I should do this before I forget…

How are people finding housing/roommate?
I’m trying to find roommates too. New facebook page “UNC transfers 2019” and an instagram @unc_trnsfrs were made yesterday so people can connect @wkdalswjd
UNC’s housing portal also has a roommate search portal for you to find roommates.
@HSstudentNC where did you live last year?
I live in Hardin residence hall. @coletteaaa If you do decide to live on campus, I can give advice on what might work for you.
Yes I want to live on campus. Can transfers live in Rams Village? @HSstudentNC
They can. However, transfer housing is assigned to you based on availability. Since returning students pick their dorms, many rooms are already taken and a lot of students choose Rams village for its apartment style rooms. If there are some rooms available, housing staff will do their best to place you there. You will list preferences on your housing application of where you want to live and housing will try to place you there. @coletteaaa
@HSstudentNC ugh i have so many questions haha
I think I’m signing out of here. @HSstudentNC - thank you for all your help, I owe you a drink (of whatever is legal based on your age) when I get to campus.
As for everyone else, I look forward to crossing paths in the future. You’ll most likely see me in the FedEx Global Center on campus, but other than that, I hope to see you on Franklin Street or on the Facebooks. I’m older, and therefore lame, but if you want someone to hang with when you get to Chapel Hill, you can get ahold of me via the FB Group, my name aligns.

You can always message me questions in my inbox, I’ll answer them best I can. @coletteaaa
