2 min over is actually quite a bit over. I would try to cut them down if possible. Maybe 60-90 seconds each monologue and 16 bars of song. That should fit easily into 6 min.
For several Auditions last year, my D used various cuts of the same monoluues depending on individual school requirements.
Better to follow their requirements than not in my opinion.
