USC may be much easier to get into as a transfer. Acceptance rates for transfers are around 24%.
If cost is not an issue, they have an excellent business school with awesome connections in Southern California and you might be able to minor in CS.
I know a few students there and they love it. Campus is beautiful and LA has a lot to do. I would guess the UNC vibe though seemingly similar with USC is much different. Don’t know if ethnic diversity and cultural differences are important, but the two colleges, I would assume, are night and day.
Just realize that transferring may not resolve the issues you face. First seek help, then try to resolve the problems, but keeping options open by applying to various schools that may fit you better.
