<p>Does anyone know when UB historically releases its admissions decisions? I’ve been calling the admissions office, but all they will tell me is May. Also, if anyone who has been admitted could post their stats, I would be much obliged.</p>

<p>Perhaps it would have been prudent to apply to Baghdad State University. It is ranked second in Destructive Chemestry, and there are many areas for testing.</p>

<p>I wrote my UB essay about being surprised on my birthday one year. I entitled it “Shock and Awe.” I hope they like it. I’ll share it with you:</p>

<p>It had been 15 years since I had been launched into this world like a guided missle. On this birthday of mine, I was shocked to see that no one was around. I contemplated why this was. Maybe no one liked me. There was that one time I farted in front of my friends. And let’s be honest, no one likes to be gassed. Maybe this gassing is why no one liked me anymore. I continued to think about my lack of companionship on this most special of occasions, and suddently, all of my family and friends jumped out and bombarded me with gifts. It was great. Birthdays are so cool. I think you should admit me because of my unique characteristic: liking birthdays. The end. Seriously, you can quit reading now.</p>

All of our apps say that I bet…supposedly they can’t find freedom because someone has foreign troops always watching them…funny thing…the same person that deployed the troops supposedly doesn’t have a handle on the situation down there…the new admission committee is supposedly horrible</p>
