What does ACES involve? More than one semester?

Rejected as portalology suggested, no “admitted” in that coding just applicant, and no access to the housing and student portal when others had it.

4.2W, 3.9UW, 3 Varsity sports, tons of comm service, great essay, TO, Psychology major applicant. I think it was the SRAR that did her in to be honest.

Thanks–portal has been updated and son got in:-)

Has anyone OOS who received an email at 5pm, received a rejection?

Those are great stats. I’m so surprised at an outright rejection. So very sorry. What do you mean abou SRAR?

Accepted Biomedical Engineering, 18.5k merit, OOS. I applied for the Special Program in Medicine and the Stamps Scholarship, but was apparently not selected for either, as there is no mention of either program in the acceptance letter. I am very grateful to be offered the merit scholarship, though.

OOS accepted A&S with honors and $23k/yr, planned Journalism / Comms major. Also a legacy (dad)

Stats:
4.7 wgpa, NMF, 5s all APs, 1500 SAT, seal of biliteracy in Spanish, leadership, three varsity sports and captain positions.

Accepted in state, Storrs - Engineering w/Honors. $7500/yr merit.
3.97uw/4.6w
1530 SAT
2 sport varsity captain
8 APs

Do you mind sharing how much the stem scholar award is?

It’s becoming more popular for colleges to offer this type of program. It allows them to admit more students and account for attrition with freshman students leave for Sophmore year.
