hey i just posted a little bit above!! i checked their website and it was basically just for students with exceptional commitment in STEM.
Is it possible to negotiate my scholarship? Even after tuition break, it’s still pricey.

OOS and got confetti - got excited - then saw waitlist, international start to Spring admit, or an option to go to any of the other locations then transfer (not sure how long after) Was surprised they sent this with confetti

In state, stamford fall with spring storrs admit.
Lots of community service, leadership, 7 aps, 4.27 gpa, varsity swim, theater program.
Psych major.
She probably won’t take it when she has some great options already.

FYI on UConn merit. My older child graduated 7 years ago and received $6.5k academic excellence scholarship. I am surprised it has only been increased to $7.5k after 7 years (and it did not increase over the 4 years). Before that is was $5k year. My older 3 all graduated from UConn.
Congrats to everyone who got in! My daughter got Storrs campus in state $7500 AES and honors invite.

Yes, OOS. Not only got Stamford, but he also got his second choice major. Lame. While we are appreciative of the offer, he’ll be going elsewhere.

Was the New England Tuition Break mentioned in your acceptance letter? S24 was accepted into data science major, which is one of the eligible programs listed for my state (ME). But no mention of it in the acceptance letter.
