I wouldn’t assume it’s a rejection. Maybe they didn’t get to her application yet. Maybe they started with different schools/majors. They will continue to release every Friday (or so) now. You could hear this upcoming Friday. I really wouldn’t read too much into having not heard yet. It’s only the first week of decisions being released.

This might be a stupid question but if you tell UD you accept and intend to go to school there are you eliminating your chance at merit money?
I don’t think so but there’s no reason to accept immediately.

I agree, I don’t think it would matter for merit but no need to accept you have til May 1st. Hopefully Merit won’t take long to hear about. Fingers crossed.

I checked my sons portal at 5:05pm last Friday and the status was accepted. Nothing yet about honors or merit information. Also this am this portal was updated with World Scholars information. Good luck today everyone.

My daughter’s portal said World Scholars as well. Is that mandatory or optional?

Yes me. Applied about 15th of august , have not heard back. Maybe a rejection.
Fingers crossed for this Friday. S25 applied in late August, but app wasn’t complete until 9/12. Still waiting.
