I logged into UF housing info and it says this :

But won’t let me go any further - so don’t know if that means anything at all.
i just signed in to my housing portal (to make sure everything was submitted/set). i clicked on residence hall application and my term. today, it said “submit” - this button has not been there before, so i pressed it again. i have a message in the “messages” tab saying my priority date is 10/03/23, however, when i go back to the residence hall application and click my term, it says my priority date is 2/22/24 and received a message confirming this submission as well. did i mess up my housing?
I honestly don’t know either - if there any UF students on campus this thread maybe they can tell us?

I have been regularly checking housing and that was not there I believe, I also see “view room assignment details”
ok that’s what I thought too but needed to make sure I wasn’t the only one - I hope that is good news 
I have a screenshot of that site with view room assignment details from last month. I don’t think it means anything.

I don’t have that button or that message. I did NOT submit a housing deposit yet though.

Yes, have both, and I think d24 is a longshot to get in. So I think that it’s meaningless.

UF, from what I understand, goes out of their way to make sure there is no portal astrology, so I doubt we will find anything. I wish they could give us something. It sucks to know that they have been finished for a while and they just won’t share it till a Friday because they are afraid of angry phone calls.

I hate to say this, but no. I don’t think there’s anything to it. When I applied for graduate school in the summer there was nothing small or obvious as far the application process. I litterally had to wait to the deadline to hear back. I also had to call because the graduate schools are on a rolling basis. I found out 1 week after the deadline. No giveaways.
You should definitely submit the housing deposit - at least at UF (unlike many other schools), the deposit amount is low - only $25.00 and it saves your place in line should you be admitted.

I will submit the minute I get in. I’m not going to waste 25 for nothing lol.

Same here. We were advised to submit it immediately as the longer you wait, the less chance you have for housing.
I’ll just go off campus if I have to. No problem.
