I doubt any of these admitted student pages are open to those awaiting RD decisions until sometime after decisions are available.
They are likely on a separate system that is locked, may even require admitted student ID#/credentials.

RD Loading process finished earlier than EA.
The Application Change Request Forms locked out yesterday, in EA it was later on release day.
Still waiting for the “System Is Slow” banner on Dashboard page. Happened around 3p central in EA.
I think that the withdrawal thingy is kind of a tell - maybe not for everyone…
