is there info from past years about the withdrawal form stuff? anyone with a particularly low chance to get in that still has the withdrawal form, or vice versa?

Idk how competitive this is but I am 1500 SAT 4.0 UW GPA in state for environmental engineering and I can access the form still
Nopes. Few people have spoken about forms in general, and some “number 98” without any details. And then of course the admitted events - which wasnt a sure shot indicator either - at least for those who couldnt access it.
In that case, one theory is that they have removed withdrawal option for rejected first. For those being admitted/deferred, they are still making changes.
Anyone who’s withdraw button is gone, and would be shocked at not being deferred at the very least?

In 2023, it looked like by decision day, no one was able to withdraw. So probably just when decisions are uploaded.
