Yeah, I think after clicking on the withdraw link it redirected to a page which said something along these lines.

For my son EA, the withdrawal button had no bearing. It was always there if I remember it correctly, and he got admitted!

Did withdrawal button come back only for admitted students or also rejected too?
I don’t believe it even disappeared for him until probably the last day when results were coming. For some who were admitted, if I am not wrong, they did not have the option to withdraw. So, I am not sure if portal astrology worked here.
Yes, According to the previous discussion, Withdraw button was not available a day before decision and come back = Admitted or Rejected
Withdraw button available always = deferred/ Waitlisted. Only not sure part is, Withdraw button come back only for admitted ones? That is the question.
This is all I see right now. Don’t seem to see a withdraw button. Does this mean either an acception or rejection?
No, around 20 minutes ago the whole site was down which I suppose they were loading in the decisions. Before that, there were like 4-5 tabs and the first tab was withdrawl tab. Now, it just shows your screenshot
I think they found out everyone is clicking and investigating on withdraw button, and so removed it 
lol! but they also removed the tabs under that. During EA everyones tabs were gone before decision day/ morning of too tho so dont know if its related.

Some one who got admitted after defer last year only can solve this puzzle.

That’s me! Not sure if I remember much tho regarding portal astrologies. I do remember seeing no withdraw button the morning of decisions.

the problem is, they just removed all the tabs! dont know if it will come back tomorrow morning
Yeah… all tabs now gone for both kids now! So, I guess no more wasting time till we see the actual results.

At 2:48 pacific, i checked my D’s portal. It showed this:
Then, they shut down the portal AND Admitted Students tour scheduling.
A few minutes later they reopened portal, reverting back to Status: Complete for Regular Decision, and then closed out the Application Change Request Forms.
My guess is someone messed up on closing the the Applications Change Form (normal part of loading decisions), and accidentally posted the decisions …
I guess my D will know for sure by this time tomorrow.

Looking like a good sign. Is this how the screen normally appears once you get admitted for those who got in EA.

My friend (CS OOS) checked right before the portal got shut down and saw a rejection page. You are most liekly in, congrats!
Those waiting could you please try accessing this admitted students events page? I know before the EA decisions, it was redirecting everyone to regular visit page, but no harm in trying:- myIllini
