@mickeyd19 Good for him! And yes, I do think it’s an indication of how much they want him. Per @SpartanDrew I think the top instrumentalists/vocalists get the biggest scholarships because they know kids like yours will have lots of schools vying. My D is BA Music, so not so much. She has some nice combo merit/need packages from LACs with good music. But she loves Miami, so we’ll see. If she doesn’t get into CAM, that may change things. Will your S go? (If not can we have your scholarship money LOL?)

Accepted to Biomedical Engineering/Pre Med Undergrad. Very excited. Presidential scholarship, no FA awarded yet. That will be a big factor.
(Top 10%, 5.6 GPA, all AP and IB Honors classes, lots of EC, volunteer and sports and work.)
I got deferred then waitlisted and my major was poli sci I’ve seen a lot of waitlist for that major could it be full and that’s why?
