After accepted set up the wolverine access account. The friend account will only get u so far. You’ll need a parent or student wolverine access account. Its accessible after admission on each students admission portal. Then all the tabs for financial aid and creating a scholarship profile will b accessible. LSA has an essay and questions for scholarship that is good for 4yrs. It’s super competitive and has two diff deadlines one early and one later. There are other scholarships that they can apply to, as well. Good Luck
Question for those in the know. You can apply and get accepted to Engineering, and now be waiting for a CS decision. I’m wondering though whether, if you are ‘denied’ CS, you can nonetheless major in CS-Eng?
This page seems to indicate that you can. I guess I’m wondering whether this actually happens? I ask because I know at some schools it’s technically the case, but practically speaking it never really happens because there’s no space or whatever.

Ah ok thanks. It’s weird and disappointing too bc the “Enrolled Discoverer” pathway requirements described here seem like a pretty low bar for consideration, and yet it also says “Students who previously applied for advance selection into CS as first year students and were not selected may not apply to the major as Enrolled Discoverers.”
(It also says that it’s subject to space anyway, so in practice probably not a likely path for anyone).
So in order to have a uniq name to go into wolverine access i have to accept my offer of admission? im trying to figure out if theres scholarships i can do to afford umich as an oos student:sweat_smile: can i use a friend account to access scholarships??
