Tell me about itā¦ worst part is that I only applied to 1 in RD and 1 in ED so Iāve been disappointed twice. Really hope Michigan saves the day!
Donāt they usually post a cryptic photo of that sculpture the day before decisions?
OK - some additional perspective on how much it all sucks. My D24 (rejected by Michigan) has a classmate rejected by Michigan but accepted by BOTH Princeton and Penn, so go figure.

I thought the same thingā¦they post the Cube which tells me it will be next week which will totally suck!!!

I just checked and nothing cryptic (the cube) was posted before RD decisions last year. My guess is that UMich has indicators for EA but then sort of shock drops for RD since most applicants already have decisions from other schools when RD comes out.

Yes S24 did the LOCI which was basically an opportunity to beg for admission

I feel your pain! S24 mostly rejections to this point. Iām really starting to regret not hiring an āadmissions serviceā to help him. I have no idea if it would have helped but I really doubt that things could be worse.
