Waitlisted- in state female with both white and Native American descent. 1450 SAT and 3.9 unweighted GPA. Lots of AP classes and tons of extracurriculars and volunteer work. Honestly, don’t know what I’m going to do at this point.

Rejected. OOS LSA white female with 35 ACT 3.75 UW GPA, outstanding ECs with leadership. Devastated because others from my high school who have siblings there got in EA with lower stats, along with some accepted in first deferral waves with no legacy.
Rejected OOS. After 3 LOCIs, a 34 ACT, a 90 from a competitive private school for my junior and senior year, a 97 from a top public school for my freshman, two campus visits, and plenty of extracurriculars, I honestly don’t know what the chundersons in Ann Arbor want. My college counselor even told my rep I would 100% attend if admitted. Whatever, I don’t care. I’m going to Tulane. Roll Wave and go Buckeyes.
Wait, so acceptance rate for regular this year is only 10%? That’s ridiculous…

@ejdieb https://www.collegedata.com/cs/data/college/college_pg02_tmpl.jhtml?schoolId=379 unfortunately, from almost 4,000 students accepting the waitlist, only 36 were accepted. I am not sure what year these stats are from though, so do check with other sources! Best of luck.
Rejected OOS
This was kinda rough for me because it’s my 9th rejection in this college process. I’m on the WL at UVA and Babson and only got into Fordham and UCONN at this point with merit money from both. I’m so devastated, but life goes on I guess.
D rejected OOS, double legacy ( dad even on list of famous alumni) and sister is currently there. Good stats. She has actually decided to go to a school in Ireland.
