University of Michigan Early Action Class of 2019 Discussion

Yeah sorry guys, but as much as we’d love to know an exact date and time, we are not entitled to this information.

Labeling us as “spoiled five year olds” is juvenile and condescending in and of itself. Leave us to our ‘antsy’ speculation.

And no, we do not deserve any date. We’re simply speculating and contrasting.

whats is 95 unweighted GPA?

Just a q for all you guys. I know you guys are all mostly instate kids, but I was wondering if any of you knew whether the admissions office would get to the OOS applicants yet. I’m an OOS applicant and am fearful that they haven’t even read my app yet…

@DcMoon34 I don’t think that’s possible… I mean decisions are possibly coming out tomorrow. They should be almost done with everyone, no matter you’re in state or OOS

is a 1510 (CR + M) good enough for an OOS applicant to LSA or potentially PA Ross/

just a question for most of your schools what does a 4.0 equal in numbers?

Does an app submitted 2-3 days before the deadline count as something the admissions folks wouldn’t look at because they wouldn’t get enough time?

IF IT WAS TURNED IN BY NOV 1ST, IT WILL BE REVIEWED FOR THE EARLY ACTION DEADLINE! The “not reviewing all apps” rumor is ridiculous

@Notebook90‌ I submitted like 4 days before the deadline. I’m pretty sure they read it because I bet there was a huge portion of the applicants who submitted on the day of the deadline.

definitely, a 1510 is really good, but the decision is not just based on your test score

4.0 is a number.

There is no direct equivalence to to 0-100 scale if that’s what you mean (New Yorker?)

You need to convert each individual class ‘number’ grade to an A-F scale. Then calculate GPA based on that A-F scale (A=4, B=3, etc.)

This process cannot be reverse engineered. 4.0 could equal anything from 90.0 to 100.

Very impressed that you guys are up to almost 800 posts on a results thread without any results!

You guys are hard core. I hope results arrive tomorrow; you’ve earned it.

I wonder if anyone in UMich admissions follows this thread and laughs at our cluelessness

so what is a 95 converted to gpa scale

Guys I am seeing Parent/Family Authorization link on wolverine access. Is this new?
Do we have to fill that now?

yeah @kkedia‌ i just saw that also

@kkedia‌ not new and you don’t have to

@kkedia Where?
