Quit worrying about the little things. You should start hearing things after 3 or 4pm. I know it’s very anxious time for all of you but do not get overly paranoid.

i literally read my essays/letter of rec/transcript every night before bed… i think i’ve gone a lil overboard with this all

After email, where will umich put on WA that we got in or not?

@gkdld3131 guess we’ll find out tomorrow won’t we?

All of these times are Eastern time, correct? I love how in Cali I have less of a time to wait.

Cali represent!

You have the same time to wait… lol.

Haha of course but it feels much shorter. All relative

Would a 2330, 800 in Bio M, 800 Math II, 800 USH, 780 World History, 780 Chem, and a 4.0 UW (+ 7 AP’s, 4 Honors), 2 summers of research in the subject that I will be pursuing at umich, and officerships of a decent number of clubs (in only 2 domains, no random spread) be enough to get into uMich?

Forgive me for asking, because I’m an OOS and all I’ve heard about the CoE is that its super competitive. Anybody?

(;☉_☉)

Yeah I’m in a similar situation. 4.0 UW, 8 APs junior year (all 5s) and 6 currently taking, 2380 SAT and 800 in Math II, Physics, Chemistry, Bio E, and French. I interned at a tech company for the past two summers and was the president of student body for 2 years and have some sports

Am I competitive enough for CoE? Sorry for another chancing post

I think when you literally could not have done any better in all your subjects it’s pretty clear you’re competitive

I mean come on guys… I feel like this is more of a scenario where you’re looking for us to compliment your stats and reinforce something you already know. Yes, you have a good chance. If you’re smart enough to get a 2380 on your SAT and 5’s on 8 AP tests, you should be smart enough to know that you have good chances…

No offense to those who just posted with 2300’s+ cause clearly you’re highly intelligent, but please have the common sense to know that yes, you will 99.9% be admitted to Umichigan. for heaven’s sake its a state school. Don’t stress, and wait for your decision tomorrow. The other day I was denied from JHU and deferred from two others, so even if you’re deferred from michigan(I’d bet my life against it) pick your head up and know that with that kind of effort and intelligence, you will undoubtedly be going somewhere amazing to study for the next four years :)

@18IsaNiceNumber @ariboy32 I don’t think @woesoe and I meant any disrespect. We’re both OOS’ers and thus we don’t know what the highly qualified OOS applicant to uMich’s CoE is like. At least, being from California, when I look at state schools, I see schools like Berk and LA that are extremely competitive for even people who have 2300+'s.

Friends, is it true that applicants with last names A-M receive decisions tomorrow, whereas N-Z don’t get them until Saturday? Anyone know?

*Or today… guess it’s later than I thought

Well thanks for making us all feel absolutely hopeless a few hours before results come out…

@zebrak1ngfish I’m an OOS’er from California too, with much lower test scores than both of you. Chances are I will probably be deferred from my third school tomorrow(mich). All I’m suggesting is that you probably go to sleep and stop worrying cause you guys have amazing records, because u will most likely be admitted, and in the highly unlikely event that you aren’t, you will go somewhere else amazing. just my 2 c. in any case though, as a wise woman said… may the odds be ever in your favor!

@Prodigee U sure?
@hpflstdnt On the same page on which various links for Financial Information is given.

What will it look like on Wolverine Access when we receive our decisions? I am on wolverine access right now and I got application status and I don’t see any changes (obviously this means I haven’t gotteny decision yet), but what will it look like once I get my decision?
