<p>BTW, as one of top colleges in the world, the admission notification process seems to be of the worst. </p>
<p>Here’s an idea. Maybe they are deferring people because many of the high qualified deferred applicants will apply to other schools, get accepted, and choose to enroll it that school. That way, U-M will curb its enrollment and narrow down its application pool. </p>

<p>That was my assessment from all the schools’ results that I read… Harvard, Yale, etc. There was no way to correlate.</p>
