the application tracker has everything submitted that we sent as part of the application, but says it is awaiting first semester senior year grades, to be added when available

the UMN app filled in STARS automatically from the common app and it had not included the in-progress senior year courses. C26 updated for that and resubmitted that but the tracker still shows the date of the original auto-submission, so not sure if that’s something to do with it, but it could also possibly be that they are also looking to validate the grade trend before sending it for a decision.

So C26 randomly checked the portal and noticed today that there is now a green checkmark next to ‘submit first term grades’. Except, first term is not finished and there has been no update to STARS to submit them …we checked to be sure and everything is still just listed as in progress. The update to STARS to add the senior year courses was done 10/10, and nothing has been updated since then. Tracker shows STARS received 10/6 (that was the original one they imported from common app which had left out senior year courses) and the supposed update was yesterday. All rather odd…
