submitted my application and received my decision before I took my subject tests. Just wondering if its worth/too late to submit thee scores if they could make an influence on my PittHonors Decision.

Received the Accept/Decline buttons today for the School of Nursing. Is this a definite indication that my daughter has been accepted? No email or packet yet. I don’t want her to get too excited…

Applied 10/31 to Deitrich and was accepted 11/26!! Haven’t heard back about Honors or any merit aid yet. Has anyone that applied around this time heard back about Honors yet? How will I find out if I was accepted?

My daughter applied same day as you, and just got her acceptance last week. No word on merit for her yet, but she did receive a letter today giving her guaranteed acceptance into Public Health graduate school. She’s headed for med school (but did not apply for GAP—she doesn’t want the pressure) eventually, so a master’s isn’t quite what she’s after, but it’s nice knowing it’s offered. Hang in there…the waiting is tough! Pitt and UNC are her top 2, and UNC doesn’t even send decisions until end of January.

DS got accepted to SCI in September. He completed 2 of the 3 essays, but didn’t put forth much effort. I am not sure if he will qualify to get any merit. He has 1460 and 3.6 unweighted and 4.8 weighted. Will complete 12 APs, and so far in Senior year with 5 APs, he has 4.0. Leadership and sports
Anyway, can he redo his essays? If he will not qualify for any merit, we will just call it a day. We are in state, local school.
@SincererLove did he apply for the Stamps and Nordenberg leadership scholarships as well?
For instate there might be a chance at some merit.
I don’t know if he can resubmit the short answer questions or do the third one if he didn’t.
There was a very helpful Scholarship Q&A on the Facebook page. I just watched it today and I think they said that you could submit answers to short answer questions by emailing them to your area admissions counselor.
