@fakesnek I received my Pharmacy Guarenteed Acceptance the same day (today) as my Pitt acceptance, but they were in different envelopes, so you can receive them at a later date. It also depends on which guarentee you are referring to. I know the medical school one and a few others require additional info, so they might come at a later date.
Thanks to @TheVulcan’s detailed instructions, D20 found the buttons also! Applied 9/3, Dietrich, in-state, ACT 33 UW GPA 3.8. Honors app submitted at the same time. Looking forward to the mailed packet!

Has anyone committed yet? Like submitted their deposit? I’m wondering if it’s worth touring again, I visited July 2017, is it worth visiting again?
@lclamon …Yes, my son committed the day his buttons showed (Wednesday). I paid his deposit. It was his #1 choice. A no-brainer.
The acceptance package came. My daughter is going to be thrilled. She already wears Pitt shirts to school.
This is fantastic for the acceptances starting to come out. I guess they are not sending the Video this year. When my daughter was accepted she got a welcome video before the mailing came. She/we watched over and over again it was very exciting.
Are they still updating the buttons , is the first wave of acceptances complete. did some people get acceptance letter without the button changing…applied early as an out of state and nothing so far…getting disappointed 
I’m in the same position, I applied on 8/21 but no button changes yet. I would be a transfer sophomore this fall. I got accepted last year (applied 10/16, accepted 11/8 with button change) and made the bad decision not to commit to Pitt Really hoping I get in again.
So I applied on 8/16 to Dietrich on the Pitt app and I still haven’t heard anything. The buttons haven’t changed and ive gotten no mail. I’m starting to get really worried because pitt is like my number 1, did I get denied? My stats are

My daughter has not had buttons change, but got an instagram invite for Pitt Class of 2024? Is that something from the school, or not related at all?
@amy9954 I’m guessing that is not affiliated with the school. If it was, all accepted student would get it. When did she apply, what school, and what are her stats?
for Pitt application, did people send letters of rec? because Pitt says not to.
and did you have your transcript sent, or just do the self-reported score thing?
my daughter is not sending letters of rec to Pitt and is not having her school send the transcript. she is following Pitt’s instructions. I am wondering if that’s what everyone here did…

@amy9954 Nursing is super competitive at Pitt. Maybe they are still going through applications?
Buttons changed today…applied to Dietrich on August 27th, OOS 34 ACT, hopefully get letter/email in these next few days
@joecollege44 my daughter applied via the Pitt app on 8/9, saw buttons on mobile app on 9/9 and acceptance letter arrived in mail on 9/14. She self-reported her grades and didn’t send recommendations letters.
