@anh2020 it is definitely possible. We work on rolling admissions but there are a few schools with different deadlines. You can find those here: https://admissions.pitt.edu/transfer/transfer-deadlines/
On-campus housing is very limited for transfer students but the Off-Campus Living office can help you find the perfect apartment in the neighborhood that is right for you. They will offer advice and help match you with landlords, realtors, roommates, and sublets.
