Inside STARS, it also show that she has “submitted” the STARS app.. but in the college section of STARS, it was still showing the Univ of Pitts status as incomplete even though she submitted Pitt app and fee… Do you recall if that sounds about right? When does the “incomplete” status change? (is it when portal activation email shows up?) thanks for the help! This process is confusing to us..
