Those who have gone through this process before, any insight about when rejections go out? As in, are they processing those at the same time or will that go past the 6-8 week expected window?
Went through this two years ago with our oldest. Iām not sure about rejections especially this early in the process

I think you are likely to hear something within that window, though sometimes it takes longer. If stats are in the borderline range, Pitt may ask for 1st semester grades (and possibly updated SAT/ACT scores, if available). If stats are too low for Pittās main campus, but still reasonably good, it is likely that the applicant will be offered admission to a branch campus.
Good to know! He is not submitting test scores, 3.75 weighted GPA, 5 honors classes, 2 college in high school classes,has worked for the past year, a few clubs/volunteer activities.I donāt know where that actually puts him in terms of being a competitive candidate (seems like heās middle of the pack, maybe borderline looking at the averages that Pitt has posted?)
Similar stats here applying Public Health. Not sure what to expect, application has been u see review since 8/4.

Yes, under review around the same time here - he applied on August 1st to Dietrich. Fingers crossed!

I sure hope so!! We are in a holding pattern over here waiting on Pittā¦ Dās stats are pretty good but nursing is a tough admit.

My D just texted me that someone from her school applied on Aug 2 and just (like this evening) got an acceptance. Since she applied on the 4th - hoping we have a decision later this week! Of course when I asked her for details like stats or major all I got was āidkā
