Does anyone know the renew ability of Richmond’s need based aid ? The letter says it’s based on meeting academic gpa but not clear about its dependency on CSS numbers.

Child deferred EA at Richmond, which is apparently quite common. Any hints or hacks for staying competitive in the RD pool? Admissions makes it clear they do not want any extraneous letters of continued interest; rather only substantial updates on material portions of the application.
Any news on Richmond scholarship notification?
Interviews were done on Sunday and Monday. My understanding is that they had several kids do a group interview with a couple of Profs and AdCom. They seemed to ask questions about interesting leadership and ECs. My understanding is notification should be by March 1.
What do you mean by a group interview? Was that on top of the interviews on Sunday and Monday?
No, my understanding is that there about 6 candidates being interviewed at once and it was some what interactive. Maybe that wasnt every student’s experience.
That’s interesting! My interview was just me with like 5 people at Richmond (professors, Richmond Acholars ambassadors, etc.)

I’m a Richmond Scholar! Check your admissions letter from January 26th. The letter changed to tell me that I’m a Richmond Scholar!

Ty! Dw there’s still over a week for them to come out. BTW, it was my admissions letter (you got into Richmond letter) that changed, not the “you’re a Richmond scholars finalist” letter that changed
Oh yes - That letter was changed!!
However, I’m worried it may be a glitch so will hold out until an official email or other official notification just in case. It still says January 26, so just in case …
Hi, I was wondering which round you applied to Richmond? EA/ED/RD? I applied RD so there’s only Richmond Scholar notification and no admission letter at the moment.

I wonder if the school has figured out that the old admissions letters were updating but had not sent out the new info. My wife looked and saw the acknowledgement of RS but my daughter went in and she said it didnt say anything.
