Hoping that’s a good enough percentage! So many variables. My child has friends and classmates with similar stats to hers who were accepted - so no clue about what the differences are….choice of major? TO?
I do realize it’s been a complicated admissions year – we were deferred from a few schools that I would have considered safeties or certainly confident targets. My child had the best feeling at USC and it is her first choice so that makes the waiting so hard for all of us.

my son feels exactly the same way, SC was just his #1 and the deferral hit him very hard. nothing else compares for him at this point he doesn’t have a second choice. my stomach hurts…

My daughter’s portal changed to this as well!
Ours still just says awaiting decision. Looks like some variance between people.
I wonder if they will release all at once or in waves? Maybe that’s the difference

Same here. “Awaiting decision” also. Definitely don’t love how our portals are different than others. Just gotta keep praying brother 
You guys that have “awaiting decision” do you still have access to the back door portal?
The “back door” portal has reflected the normal portal for the last 2 days. I still can go into it but it’s the same as the normal portal.

ok, mine reflects same info as well. but others had said they still had two difference status

I think the ones that says awaiting decision means that they aren’t done reviewing the application yet and those decisions might come later than the ones that say awaiting decision submitted.

Could be a valid reason
Reason I say that could be a valid reason: Did anyone who has “awaiting decision” recently change something on there application? For ex: My son changed his second choice major 2 days ago. Who knows.
Our 2 portals still look different. For those wondering, these are the 2 we are able to log in to:

Our Regular just says “Awaiting Decision”
Backdoor says “Submitted” and still has those ID numbers listed.
Haven’t cleared cookies in a while, so technology could be throwing it all off too - lol.

does anyone know historically if you don’t get the major (1st or 2nd choice) will you get undecided or just denied admission/waitlisted… my kid reached out about a month ago to change the 2nd choice and counselor said not to change it at this point.
My daughters is the same with the exception of the regular portal saying “AwaitingDecisionSubmitted”
Just got an email that decisions will be released beginning late tomorrow evening.
