I applied to UTSG Innis College ,UTSC,UTM early November, haven’t heard anything yet.

Since the deadline isn’t until January 16th and OUAC will not have forwarded all application materials to the universities until ~ January 24th, you’re unlikely to hear anything for a while.
My son heard on January 25th last year for Commerce. That was about the earliest we had come across for that program.
