I’m thinking of attending UVermont, UOregon, and UNew Mexico (among others). I plan on majoring in Russian and minoring in Russian studies. Which of these is the best for what I want to major in? Cost is a factor, but not a major factor. I think I can get into all of them, 3.1 UW GPA, 1850 SAT
