(We still didn’t make any offers this morning. Perhaps they were referencing another Virginia college.)

Will you be able to tell us if they are out of state or in? Or will we just need to wait for CDS?
I truly wish there’s more transparency in terms of instate/oos, college, and any other stat metrics that can give us or lead us into navigating all these important decision making and planning. It will help the mind of anxious parents and kids get through settling. I honestly think it does not harm necessarily the school; as a matter of fact, I for one would appreciate the school as I will consider it as being considerate, helpful and kind to parents and kids.
Thanks for clarifying it, Dean J. When we saw this post today, we were so sad that my daughter is not in this new cycle who have been admitted off the wait list.

D24 just got in. OOS, College of Architecture. Beyond excited!

Arts and sciences.
D24 just got off UVA waitlist. OOS and full tuition. She has SIR’d at Cal Spieker/Haas. IS tuition. Is there any reason one knows or can think of why she would choose UVA (“pre-McIntire”) vs. guarantee Berkeley Haas?
My son got off the waitlist this afternoon. So thrilled!
