<p>I am an international student and I intend to study Computer Science or Computer Information Systems. And so, I am looking for an university that provides fully-tuition-based scholarships. My SAT score on Critical Reading section and Mathematics section is over 1520. I have CISCO CCNA certificate and PHP 5 certificate. I have intentions to take CISCO's CCNP certificate too.</p>
