Hey! So I have never seen one of these threads posted (correct me if I’m wrong) so this will be a place where individuals can just talk about unpopular interests/hobbies that others don’t relate to. I’ll start off; I absolutely adore instrumental music (classical, video-game soundtracks, alternative rock genres, etc). I find myself going through withdrawal if I don’t listen to instrumental for a couple of days. I’m a huge fan of Chopin- pretty much know all of his nocturnes and cannot stop listening to post-rock like Explosions in the Sky and Mogwai

On the topic of post rock, ever heard of Godspeed You! Black Emperor? Sleep has gotta be my favorite thing from them.
A weird (not exactly instrumental, but very atypical) thing you might like is Infected Mushroom. I recommend Heavyweight m’self!
And I can’t make a list of music without Joanna Newsom; she’s prolly the best harpist I’ve ever heard, and her singing is super cool. :>
IMO Divers (the song, not the album), Sapokanikan, and Leaving the City are some of the best from her.
Hey guys! I love Social Studies. Social Studies is a branch I love. History, government, psychology, I love it.
I also really love eating salad and vegetables. I love to write stories. I’m not a giant fan, but I do like hearing the music of One Direction. (Sorry if that offends anyone.) I love country, pop, and orchestral music. (Although, pop is pretty popular.) I’m extremely politically liberal (Sorry if that offends anyone.) to the point where it may be too much… If I had to serve in the army, I would refuse to touch a gun and would enlist as a medic.
Those are some of the things I can think of on top of my head.

Physics and math are easy
Chocolate is overrated
Pineapple on pizza is a good thing
Olives are delicious
Idk most of these are just controversial lol

I absolutely hate receiving and sending texts. It annoys me so much I’d rather someone call me instead.
I think ketchup is the best condiment ever. I use maybe 10+ packets for every burger/fries meal I get. 
I can’t stand shopping for more than a few hours. Idk it makes me dizzy LOL
I think long showers are over-rated. It takes me 5 tops. B-)
English and History are the best subjects by far
I have absolutely no interest in STEM majors
If it were up to me, admissions to college would be purely academic
The reading sections of standardized tests are fun

I hate melted cheese, except on pizza. Salad dressing is gross to me too, I prefer just the vegetables and other stuff.
If you’re looking for new genres of music, may I suggest electroswing or jazzhop? Basically electronic 20s swing and jazz, really upbeat and fun, especially good party music. And jazzhop is cool piano riffs with some bass and vocals/rap over it. It’s the perfect study music.
I’ve been getting into a lot more instrumental stuff this year too. Anyone else listen to tomppabeats?
