UNT Scholarship question?

There’s no forum for the University of North Texas, so I’m posting my question here.

I have been offered a Board of Regents scholarship to UNT ($6000/yr, $24000 total) and I have until March 15 to accept it. However, the terms and conditions (which are found here: [UNT Student Financial Aid and Scholarships :: Terms and Conditions](http://www.unt.edu/finaid/tc.html)) include this statement:

So basically I’d be accepting my admission to the university by accepting the scholarship. Should I accept the award even though I am not yet sure about attending this university?

This info is kind of deceiving, because you’re not obligated in any way to go to UNT by accepting this. I too got a Board of Regents scholarship to UNT (and I’ll be going in the fall) but it’s not binding. I have no backup other than that everyone I’ve asked has said it is not binding you to go to UNT.
