Same. 1 day and 14 hours away!! Can’t focus on anything at all lol. I applied to SEAS, but my physics sat subject test was pretty low and I feel certain that it’s going to solidify my rejection lollllllll send help

Does anyone know how influential the subject tests really are on admission chances? On their website, it says that subject tests are recommended but not required and when I visited, they made it seem like it wasn’t really a big deal. I’m mostly asking because I didn’t realize that I would need subject tests until it was too late to schedule them and so I haven’t submitted any. If I were to get deferred though I would probably take them and submit my scores. Btw I got a 1400 on the new SAT so nothing too special about that. 700 in each section lol
They would definitely judge you more on the SAT scores and not too much on the Subject Tests. If yous SAT/ ACT score’s good, then you’re good to go. 1400 would be fine I guess, so don’t worry about the Subject Tests too much now.

I’m tempted to take the day off when ED results are posted to just relax and enjoy myself before horrible news haha. I doubt I’d be too focused on school anyway
Same. I’m also 3 hours behind so results come out at 12pm so I’ll still be in school, and I don’t know if I could bring myself to check the results at school…
But I also don’t know if I could wait three hours until I get home!!! Such a struggle.
@ichoosepenn Exactly! I’m worried my peers will hover around me when I check.
Also the click of that button literally reveals your future… I don’t think I could do that at school, but sitting in class knowing my decision is sitting there waiting would be excruciatingly painful.

Fair enough, I completely understand. The UK locks you in on one area and it can feel restrictive, although that works for some people
