<p>On the UVA supplement for the common app, there seems to be some sort of error on the part where you fill out all of your parents information if you’re in state. For some reason, I can’t fit my mom’s email address before it doesn’t let me type any more. What should I do? Should I call UVA admissions?</p>
<p>Last year there was an email listed at the top of the supplement for support at UVa if I remember correctly. Look for that. If you can’t find it, calmly call UVa admissions and tell them you need some IT support for the supplement. Although frustrating it’s not an emergency. They’ll be more then happy to help you.
We had a few glitches on our end last year and always received great support with no problem very quickly.</p>
<p>Problems with the Common App need to directed to Common App. The individual colleges don’t have access to the back end of that system.</p>
<p>There is a help button on every page of the Common App. No matter what you’re doing, you should see it at the top of the page. Hit it. Submit a help request. They’re fast.</p>
