<p>Why is this urgent? You actually never need to know the answer to this question at any time, let alone on an urgent basis. You apply, and Columbia will look at your GPA however they look at your GPA. You’ll either get in or you’ll get rejected. The answer to your question makes no difference to you.</p>
<p>What if she’s deciding whether or not to apply ED to Columbia based on how her GPA will look like to the adcoms? It’s just one of various reasons why it’s “urgent”.</p>
<p>How exactly would that make her question “urgent” – or needing of a response any quicker than most of the other questions posted on here?</p>
