Yay! My son got his acceptance letter today but looks like no scholarship. Would it have said in the acceptance letter if he was getting $ or may they come later?

According to website, Presidential Scholarships are up to 15K a year, University Scholarships up to 10K a year. There are two others that give full rides (from the CVS and Hasbro alums). No information on how many of those will be awarded. We were up for a program two weeks ago, and they did not know yet.

I got accepted to mathematics- BS major with a 1540 SAT and 4.0 GPA. I wonder if I only got the 24k presidential scholarship because I am in-state? Did anyone get bigger scholarships in state?
