<p>zirchushio, I’ll be your rudimentary form of legal counsel. Intellectual property rights are so crucial in these types of things it’s insane. Kinda like the guy who invented the machine to decode DNA for DNA fingerprinting who gets no royalties because a private company patented his idea. Ouch.</p>

<p>I thought USC wouldn’t ask for official until you got accepted or am I wrong? I know uc’s ask for it in like july, but I guess I am wrong. However I do remember talking to a guy from admissions saying that unofficial is fine until you are accepted.</p>

<p>Hmmm, well, I would stick to what the admissions dude said. In that case, send in whatever they ask for (obviously you would do that anyways) and see what happens. Hopefully it is because they want more info (or even something better,…I won’t even say it) and not because they are missing something… But, if it says they have your unofficial ones, then there are only a few reasons why they would want your official. Whatever the reason, send them on in.</p>

<p>Oh, and there have been status updates for people on here that have been glitches. Like transfer applicants getting freshman status updates, or status update saying information is missing when there isn’t any. Send it anyway</p>

<p>Trojanhopeful, go to the USC site and see if its a requirement for your major. If it is, then yes, it would hurt you in the end because they like to see language taken care of. </p>

<p>So I just want everyone to know I have a huge genetics exam that will shape my life hereafter. Wish me luck! :D</p>
