USC 2009 transfer thread

jennn. the rivalry is pretttyy serious. you might get some pretty mean stares. hehe. i saw a guy one time at UCLA and his shirt said F.U.C.K USC. just flat out like that. it was pretty funny.

Emm… I’m Asian and I say hella, legit, stoked… I also say gnarly, stellar, and killer. HAHA. I try to avoid hella because it’s slang.

aaam90, HAHAHA that is pretty funny. I don’t own either sweatshirts, just one that says Cal.

haha zamela. that’s funnyy. but there’s so many people at USC from all over the place i think it won’t matter who you say it around.

jennn. isn’t legit slang too? well sort of. like an abbreviation for legitimate. so techinically. haha :)

aaam90, it was slang until they include it into the dictionary, so I guess legit is a “legit” word now. :]]]

RANDOM, but doesn’t it seem like people butcher each other over at the UC threads?

they do that to people because they are UC kids and not USC people :)

yeah i totally agree. they were so mean to that chesser person.

but here at the USC thread we’ve already incorporated the respect that comes with being part of the trojan family. hehe :)

i think i’ve literally been on this thread ALL DAY. no exaggeration haha. i’m such a loser.

hahaha, it’s okay. I spend a lot of time on here too. I feel less like a geek cause everyone on here is obsessed with school as much as I am. My little brother joked that if I can get married at UCLA/USC/Cal, I would.

hahaha. that’s super funny. i have a cousin who is a professional student. she did undergrad at UCLA masters at LMU law degree at USC and now she is wondering where to get her PHd. she is going to get married in a library this coming august. :)

haha alright thanks captain rodeo

it’s just that I don’t like my regional counselor because I emailed her about AP scores last time and she didn’t respond lol

Library, which one? HAHA.

jen,

I seriously thought that no one in the world knew about the obscure PPL major, haha. What’s that USC pre-law thread that you mentioned earlier? Can you link me?

jennn. i would like to know too because i emailed my counselor as putting that down as maybe a second choice major. :)

I mentioned it in my application.

aaam, what’d the counselor say? you’re referring to PPL right?

They email weekly information about USC pre-law events. Out of curiosity, what are you going to do with this major?

yeah the philosophy politics and law major right??

she told me she’d include it in my application. and not much else haha.

Well I’m still deciding between PPL and PMPL (public policy, management, and planning). I’m a pre-law student, but I’m also considering an MPA degree.

aaam, yep. :D

what major did you apply to?

grey,

why don’t you look into their dual-degree programs for a JD/MPA
