My status is the same as it’s always been “We have received & are reviewing…”

Is this the first status we received? I don’t remember what my status was immediately after applying, but I think it was this. It has been a loooong time since I applied(late October!)

Where did you see that, striker? I thought it was they made decisions through April 1st, and if you don’t get anything in the mail by April 11th then at that time they will tell you over the phone.

Isn’t there a Facebook group for potential USC transfers? A group with 300+ people, not the CC one that only has 35 or so members. I could’ve sworn there was, but now I can’t find it. Could someone link me?

@wghiller - There are a couple with hundreds of people but they are not specific to 2010 and pretty much all of the posts are people listing apartments for rent. When it comes time to meeting people, looking for roomies, and getting questions answered, our facebook group will probably be the best ;)

“We have received your application, and it appears we need more information. Please ensure you have submitted all required items. Due to the high volume of application documents we receive, allow sufficient processing time.”

My high school won’t send me my transcripts, they have to send them to the school. The lady said they were sent 3/17, but USC still does not have them. I am so sick of calling back my high school, especially now, after I have been asking for 2 months.

Will they not even look at my application until I get them in? Because idk what else to try.

Call USC asap. Honestly, two weeks isn’t much time as far as USC goes. It took them over a month to input my college transcript. I also had other missing documents (including my high school transcript) so I gave them a call. They said they had them and then immediately put them into their system. And yes, I don’t think they will look at your application until your app is complete.

@dreamingUSC: thanks, I felt it would not hurt either so I am in the process of sending one right now

also, does anyone know how the interviews work? I have heard that other students that i guess were borderline were called in for interviews. But how would this work for students not in the Los Angeles area?

@fuji haha we can do it. Just focus on school work and you’ll forget that USC needs to send you a letter. Once it gets to your home you’ll remember and that will be it.

@holyschmidt: I’ve submitted everything – 2009 Income Tax Forms, FAFSA and CSS Profile. I’ve just been sitting around and waiting since February 2. :)
