<p>Unfortunately I have to sign up for CC fall 2010 classes tomorrow morning :(…just the thought of actually going back to Sierra College makes me depressed haha. I can’t take it!</p>

<p>and dont worry about UCLA, different applicants applies to the schools but they look at different things (usc looks at the whole student while ucla primarily looks at gpa and then moves on from there)</p>
<p>Ugh I hate my cc. I’m registered full time for this summer… But I’ll most likely drop if I get an acceptance before the classes start. That’s if thornton hurries up. Also my desperation has
me at work, checking my app and cc on my iPhone. That is just sad, really.</p>

<p>You might want to call them. My status stayed like that for a long time. Their system had eaten my application and they never received it.</p>
<p>yeah i know, i hardly know what i am doing tomorrow and they want me to sign up for classes that are 4 months away! plus i am taking summer classes if i dont get in, but i got dropped from the class i signed up for because i didnt pay within 10 days. and if i dont get in and take summer classes then it messes with my fall classes so its all one big mess! oh usc, the things i do for you!</p>
<p>@ tbibbs - I was in a similar situation in which I was waitlisted as a transfer for gtown last year but didn’t get off the waitlist. I decided if I didn’t get in I’d withdraw from the state U and do a cheaper third year at my cc and then apply to a wider variety of schools including USC which I knew to be the best fit school for me. So it is best to to execute backup plans so you have something in place just in case.</p>
<p>My D is reapplying for her major and won’t know until after registration whether she’s accepted. She’ll have to switch her classes around if she gets in (as we hope & believe she will). The good thing is that so far, neither of my kids have had much trouble switching their classes to others they want (with the exception of sailing, which S says was hard to get). LOL :)</p>
