<p>@TheGoldFinch - I got the SGR status last week, forwarded my unofficial final transcript to my rep who said it would help “expedite the process” (who knows what this really means), and mailing my official transcript in a few days when I get it from my school. I hope this means I’ll hear sooner rather than later since I really have to start making moving plans right away to USC or my backup school/s.</p>
<p>Used the backdoor method last night at 12:03 AM and all my info was pre-filled out for me, enrollment box showed up. The backdoor method didn’t work for me when I tried a number of times on Sunday, but on Monday 12:03 it worked! So I was right on the automated system thing turning on. WOOT got into Marshall !!! Thank you all on CC for such a fulfilling last 592 pages of following this thread and going on with me with this long perilous journey towards USC. Wouldn’t have been able to get through this without each and everyone of you. If some of you don’t get in, you’re still a Trojan in my heart if that means anything :D. I will continue to be on this forum to cheer you all to FIGHT ON!</p>
<p>im an international transfer and i brilliantly submitted my app one month after the transfer priority deadline. anyone knows the chances of a late applicant getting in? my status says that my app is being reviewed now 
there are a couple of people (who applied on time) from my country i know who have already gotten in.</p>

<p>My status still says “Forwarded to the committee…” It’s been like that since Friday morning. I can access the enrollment commitment deposit form. It’s filled out and everything…Good news or too early to tell?</p>
<p>Just received the acceptance packet (marshall) today. I guess being acted upon real quick wasn’t that bad of a thing.</p>
<p>I remember reading once last year, but I just want to be sure: is it true that there is a whole section of classes on the schedule that are hidden, and just for transfers? </p>

<p>Good luck to all you other Screenwriting applicants. Definitely keep me posted–I’m interested to see how many transfers get accepted. With 26 people each year and most of them being incoming freshman, the deck really seems stacked against us. I still plan on minoring in screenwriting, and possibly trying to transfer into Critical Studies.</p>

<p>Word on the street is that if you receive an “acted on” status change a few days (or shortly after) your status changes to “review committee”, you’ve got a good chance of getting in.
Do you guys think this will still be valid even though the end of the month is coming up?
I’m thinking that there could be a lot of people who’s applications are going through this week, and their statuses could be forwarded and then acted on (whether they are acceptance or rejection) simply because the deadline is coming up for USC.</p>
