<p>@kulakai-No I never got one. My status never changed and I never recieved one in the mail. I was told to “get my grades in as soon as possible because theyre making decisions now” over the phone when I called to ask about it. Im pretty sure that if they were to send me a SGR, they wouldve done it a long time ago because my status has been “we are reviewing…june 1st” for like 2 months.</p>
<p>lol, My dad called me Rudy when I first visited the campus last year and my girlfriends dad just said its like “living Rudy” right now cuz its coming down to the wire and I’m so fervent about going to USC, Ive been talking like rudy did for notre dame for the past 2 years really hahaha.</p>

<p>@tskai: Well there were two people that apply to SCA (shout out to SCA) that got rejected from their major but got accepted to CLAS.
Mr Popular is usually on this thread from time to time. I think he said he apply 2 times. The first time he was rejected and now he got accepted to Marshall.
He said he got a quick rejection.</p>
<p>@star- I applied to the 4-year screenwriting(SCA) program and was rejected, but admitted to my second choice(creative writing.) My status went from forwarded to acted on in 24 hours.</p>
<p>lol, best part of the whole entire movie is the part when he finally gets the third admissions decision and is accepted.</p>

<p>Does anyone know USC’s policy when it comes to dropping a Spring course (and it’s a prereq?)</p>
<p>I haven’t been admitted, but I’m still worried it may affect my chances. I’m currently taking Calculus 1B (equivalent to USC’s Math 225), which is a prereq for my major (Business Admin). I’m doing pretty badly in the class, and I may get below a C grade.</p>
<p>The deadline to drop that class with a W is by this Friday. Should I drop the course? I know it’s especially bad, given that it’s a prereq, but I really think I may get a D. Should I call USC Admissions and ask ASAP?</p>
<p>@ jsw1188 - Calculus I (or equivalent) is a pre-req and they will not consider you for admission unless you have completed it or are in the process of completing it. You should call USC asap to figure this out, good luck.</p>
<p>Got my SGR in the mail today. :[ It sucks because I can’t get my grades until June 11 cause that’s when my semester ends. So here’s to another three weeks of waiting ughhh.</p>
<p>check your schools articulation agreement, if it is indeed the prereq, DONT DROP. TRY and GET THE BEST GRADE YOU CAN.</p>

<p>MrPopular: thank u. Sorry for putting u name somewhere else. But isn’t there someone who apply to USC twice. Another person who apply is Jocelyn266. But the point is there are people here on this forum who have pply before and got rejected the first time.</p>

Last year decision thread didn’t have a lot of rejections reported unless they are absolutely don’t care or didnt give hope at all…so I can assumed there are lots of people out there already got rejected</p>
